The “Mellow” colorway draws favorably from the era’s music festivals, specifically the ‘69 Harlem Cultural Festival, which was headlined by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone, and many more. The unique fashion worn by the festival’s headlining acts and concert goers informs the eye-catching bandana, cowhide, denim, and woven materials found on the “Mellow’s” design.
